CBS’ WHNT-News 19 featured a surprise scholarship reveal from Cancer for College and Jersey Mike’s for their annual Month of Giving. Leukemia Survivor Nekiyah Weaver, who studies Digital Marketing at the University of Alabama Birmingham, was surprised with a $10,000 scholarship on Monday, after arriving at a Jersey Mike’s for what she believed was a follow-up interview.  Watch the segment here.
