CFC Making a Mark in the Carolinas

Cancer for College provides need-based college scholarships and educational opportunities to cancer survivors. Since inception in 1993, Cancer for College has granted over $6 million to more than 1,600 cancer survivors nationwide.

Locally, Cancer for College has raised nearly $1 million and awarded 142 scholarships to cancer survivors from or attending school in the Carolinas over the last 10 years. This is thanks to the generous support of local donors and supporters who’ve led grass-roots events in order to support cancer survivors from the local community.
